Mediation offers parties viable alternatives to the high costs and uncertainties of protracted litigation and it REALLY works. On an annual basis, more than 65% of the 46,060 reported lawsuits in Florida that were mediated were resolved1. Mediation may not be suited to resolve every dispute; but, you can see that it has been used very successfully by thousands of individuals every year.
